Stadium under the bridge
I’ve seen lots of shots of the new Cowboys Stadium, but I can’t recall seeing a shot quite like this. Maybe that’s good or maybe that’s bad, but at least it’s something different. I’ve been to the Cowboys Stadium just once, but I’ve been to the Rangers Ballpark, which right next to the Cowboys, many times. Out of all those times I forget that there are some beautiful ponds meandering through the parking areas. I guess we are always in a hurry to get to our seats for the game that we never stop to enjoy the views, not to mention venturing down to walk along those lovely paved paths. I’m so glad I had the assignment this week to shoot some of Arlington’s key features. It forced me to really look at the city and its overly publicized icons. I hope you enjoy my unusual take on this already classic Arlington landmark.
