Airfield Falls flows with beauty
Finally, we received enough rain for the water to flow over Airfield Falls. I’ve been waiting for several weeks to shoot the falls since I learned about it from my client. For those of you in other parts of the nation, this is a tiny waterfall, but for us North Texans this sucker is huge. And it’s natural! It looks like a fall one would find in the Texas Hill Country, not in Dallas/ Fort Worth. But here it is. I think it is a beautiful little water fall. I intend to go to it several times this year and capture it in various light situations. For today’s shot, it was taken at the absolute worst time for landscapes– high noon. Still I managed with the help of ND filter and some HDR magic. Enjoy.

These are truly lovely images. I look forward to exploring the falls myself very soon.
