Tim Love’s Woodshed Restaurant
I can’t wait for this to open. It’s Tim Love’s new restaurant named Woodshed by the Trinity River. If you don’t know where this is, it is in Fort Worth, Texas just across the river from Colonial Golf Course.
When they first started to build this, I thought it looked a bit underdone architecturally. But after venturing over last night to shoot it, I think this place is cool in a nuevo Texas chic kinda way. I don’t know when this thing is going to open, but when it does I want to go and try some of Love’s great food. Tim is an awesome chef and I’ve eaten at a couple of other restaurants that he owns. But this one has something special going for it—the river. It’s right on the Trinity with the jogging trails going right beside it. This will definitely be a meeting place for those folks taking advantage of the trails and for those during the Colonial PGA tournament.
