The cool, cool memory stream
Well it’s been almost two weeks since I was in Colorado’s mountains. I sure do miss the cool weather. Everyday I go out to my car and the thermometer screams 108+ degrees. I melt within about 5 minutes. It’s times like this that I really wish for the cool breezes and waters of the Rocky Mountains. The stream in this photo is in the Rocky Mountain National Park, about 9,500 feet in elevation. It was very cool that day with a clouds rolling in with blessed rain. Something we could use here in Texas. Our drought is getting worse, with no end in sight. So on these days of 100 degree plus weather, I find my cool in these photos and memories of Colorado, and some cranked up AC.
